· HELP. 1. How to place an attractive and easy to find ad?

A highlighted ad will appear on the first positions on the search results and on our main page. · Try to place your ad in the correct website & category: o www.7casas.com is for selling, renting houses, business, apartments, plots, ... o www.7coches.com is for selling cars, only cars. For motos and boats please use 7anuncios.com. o www.7profesional.com is to offer your services, plumbers, lawyer, computers, ... o www.7anuncios.com is our second hand supermarket.
2. Why make our ad highlighted? · It will appear in the first positions of the search results. · It will have a red border that make the ad more attractive. There are two types of highlighted ads: Main highlighted, They will appear on our mainpage and in first positions on search results. Island highlighted, they will appear just after the main highlighted. How to highlight my ad? There are two ways of doing this:
1- While your are placing your ad you can choose between normal and highlighted ad. 2- After is placed, just log in the site and go to your dashboard, you will see your ads list and the option highlight your ad.
3. How to search on our sites? Our search tools are easy and fast to use. On the lef side of the website you can search by category, subcategory, island and municipalitiy. For example for sale (category), house (subcategory), Lanzarote (Island) and Tias (municipality).

For 7casas.com if you want to be more specific on your search attributes you can use our advance search that allows you to seach by prize, number of rooms, square meters, ...
There are two ways of listing the ads one normal listin and another showing results on a map. This tool allows you to look for a house in a certain are of any Canary Island.
For 7coches.com you can search by kms, fuel type, year, gearbox, ... by using the advanced search tool.
For 7anuncios.com and 7profesional.com you can use a text search bar on top of the list of ads
Another way of looking for an ad is by using the reference number of the ad. This tool allows you to go directly to your ad without need to look in any list.
4. What is the Ad Ref. for? The Ad Ref. is an unique numeric code which identify the ad. The main utility is to access the ad directly. You can find this Ref. in the ad details top right, in your dashboard or maybe placed in a placard on a house or a car.
5. Utilities of the Ad Ref.
For example, you can put a banner on your car or house in which appear this Ref. so people can go directly to your ad without using the search options and without unnecesary calls asking for price, number of rooms, ... 7anuncios can supply you with these banners. Please take a look at the bottom of your ad details.
6. How to resize photos to publish your ad faster. To resize your images you can use Image Resizer freeware, easy to install and use. Click on the next link to "DOWNLOAD IMAGE RESIZER" Here you can see a "VIDEO" about how to install and use this program.
7. My dashboard.
En el panel de control “Mis Anuncios” podemos: · Publicar anuncios · Cambiar nuestros datos personales, nombre, email de contacto y número de teléfono, o cambiar el estado de nuestro número teléfono de no visible a visible. · También podemos cambiar nuestra contraseña de acceso. · En el centro nos sale la lista de nuestros anuncios donde vemos la Ref. del anuncio (código único de identificación de un anuncio), el titulo del anuncio, la foto principal del anuncio, la posibilidad de destacar nuestro anuncio del resto y la fecha de expiración de nuestro anuncio en días · También tenemos la posibilidad de editar nuestro anuncio o borrarlo definitivamente.
